This cemetery sits between the railroad tracks and I-66. The property is privatly owned and is part of three parcels that amount to about 196 acres. Within these parcels is William Brown's house. William Brown was a map maker in Gainsville and is known for producing a nice map of Prince William County in 1901. The Dunklin Monument is also on the north east most parcel of the bunch.
These parcels were evaluated during planning for the proposed Tri-County Parkway and a report produced titled Tri-County Parkway Location Study. (7mb pdf)
