In 1910 the Keys family sold this property. The graveyard was mentioned in that deed. It is linked below but a modern vernacular version of it is,
This deed, made February 3rd, 1910, between Evandon G.W. Keys and Hennah E. Keys, his wife, of Prince William County, Virginia, parties of the first part, and John Soltis and Mary Soltis, his wife, of North Braddock, PA, parties of the second part.
For $1,200, Evandon G.W. Keys and Hannah E. Keys sell John Soltis and Mary Soltis land on the north side of Quantico Run, in the County of Prince William. This land adjoining the lands of the Phillip Carter estate, the George Weedon estate (now A.M. Yates) the Nelson Mill tract and others and containing 165.5 aeres with a reservation of one acre, the present burial ground of the Keys family. This is the same land which was known as the Magruder Keys farm, and was sold/given to Evandon G.W. Keys by John A. Keys' heirs by deed dated the 8th day of Feb. 1887, and recorded in the PWC Clerk's Office in Liber 37 folio 229.
You can read the original deed on the second entry of Deed mentioning 1 acre for the cemetery
