David Cuff | Nov. 2015 | In November 2015 it was discovered that the owners of the church and cemetery, Gainesville United Methodist Church want to take down the 1884 church at this location sighting the floor joists are rotten and causing the floor to sag. The church is post Civil War and has no real significant history. I visited the church and consider the structure to be in decent condition. |
